Your Woodinville Dental Team

Anikka
Hygienist

Anikka graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene from Oregon Institute of Technology. She grew up in Sunnyside, WA but now lives locally in Woodinville.

She enjoys improving and helping to maintain patients’ smiles, educating them on oral hygiene, and getting to know the Woodinville community members. In her free time, she enjoys painting, hiking, hanging out with her dog and 2 cats.

Katie
Hygienist

Katie is a hygienist from Woodinville, Washington. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with an additional major in Spanish from Washington State University, she went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Eastern Washington University. Katie’s love for the dental field is matched by her excitement to give back to the community she grew up in. She’s happy to have the opportunity to educate patients about the importance of healthcare all while providing the utmost care they deserve. Outside of work, Katie enjoys staying active through sports, hiking, and running. She loves trying new restaurants, traveling and exploring new countries.

Katie’s unique combination of skills and experiences, along with her genuine passion for helping others, make her a valuable asset to her team and an enthusiastic advocate for her community’s health.

Alicia
EFDA Assistant

Alicia has been in dental since 2008 where she started as a dental assistant, became a licensed EFDA, and managed her previous office before taking a break from the dental field to pursue her biggest dream of being a stay-at-home mom.

Becoming a licensed Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) opened new doors for Alicia where she is now able to place filling for our patients. Alicia’s passion for her patients and the work she does with them comes from a place of caring and compassion.

Alicia and her husband Dan are both Woodinville High School graduates and have stayed locally. When Alicia is not at the office, you will see her with her family around Woodinville and Monroe, at their kids’ sports events, or escaping to the mountains.

Christy
Dental Assistant

With over 32 years of experience as a dental assistant, Christy brings unmatched knowledge, skill, and heart to our team. Known for her empathy and compassion, she truly loves caring for patients and making them feel comfortable during their visits. One of her greatest joys is the trust and connection she’s built over the years—many patients specifically request to see Christy because of the kindness and comfort she provides.

Outside of the office Christy loves exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband Brian and their 2 dog’s. When it’s football season you can find Christy rooting for our Seahawks and Christy never misses a taco Tuesday with Dr. Wagner.

Traci
Patient Care Coordinator

Traci McIlwain-Reeves has built both her career and her family life in the Pacific Northwest. Born and raised on Bainbridge Island, she has a deep appreciation for the people, landscapes, and strong sense of community that make this region so special.

With over 12 years of experience in dentistry, Traci brings knowledge in orthodontics, pediatrics, general dentistry, and oral surgery. Whether assisting chairside during procedures or helping patients understand their treatment plans and insurance, she is dedicated to creating an environment where every patient feels comfortable, supported, and truly cared for.

Outside the office, Traci and her family enjoy exploring the outdoors, from local parks to mountain trails. They love cheering on the AquaSox and Mariners, spending time in Alaska with their daughter who attends UAS, and coaching their 8-year-old son in baseball. Traci feels grateful to raise her family in such a vibrant, family-focused community.
